At Melli Magic Honey, we pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality bioactive and therapeutic Australian honey straight to your door. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we also must adhere to strict health and safety standards regarding consumable goods.
Standard Returns
Because our raw honey is a consumable food source, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. Ensuring the purity, safety, and biosecurity of our products is our top priority, and we cannot safely restock food items once they have left our facility.
Damaged or Leaking Items
We take great care in securely packaging your orders. However, in the unlikely event that your honey jar is damaged in transit and arrives broken and leaking, we are committed to making it right. If this occurs, you are eligible for your choice of a full refund or a free replacement.
