I've worked my way through five different Melli Magic varieties so far, and they do not disappoint. The Macadamia and Tea Tree are my favourites, with the Macadamia probably my pick, it's really nice! I also tried Leatherwood, and the flavour is very unique. It's rich, but for me, a bit too strong for my taste buds.

I regularly buy Melli Magic Yellow Box honey because of its great flavour and low glycemic index. I also recommend keeping some in the fridge; the colder temperature changes the Yellow Box's texture, thickening it into a very nice, cool, smooth, soothing, toffee-like treat that melts in your mouth.
